Password protected pdf - unable to read resource content

Hi,

We have recently started getting IOException when attaching password protected pdf's.
When we check the the upload directly the file is there but does not correspond to the original file size, which means it could be corrupt.
Normal files are uploading correctly.

osTicket v 1.10.4
OS: ubuntu 14.04.6
PHP: 5.6.37
FYI We have attempted to upgrade last year and it resulted in a catastrophic failure.

osTicket 1.10.x support reached end of life in 2019.
I'm not sure that there will be anyone still running it that would be able to assist you.

Do you have any leads or areas we can look at

The PHP or Webserver error logs.
It sounds like a file permissions issue to me.
