Hello all.

It seems that the links to the files (attachments) in the tickets expire after a while, so if i open an old email (outside the dashboard, like a copy i sent to my inbox) the links give an "unknown or invalid file" error.

Can i delete the expiration rule?
Searching a little bit it seems that i can edit the file "include/class.file.php" to extend the expiring time, but, is there a way to make the links to never expire instead of expanding it?

Also i found the plugin called "storage-fs.phar" (i am not using it), which seems to storage the files directly in the system, not the database, does it means that the links will never expire if i use that plugin?

Also, if i edit the expiration rule, can i make the old links to work again?, or they are lost forever.

Thanks, attached below my system settings.

You'll have to customize the code to accomplish this. As with all customizations, you are on your own.

I would like to note that we have a feature request on our list to make attachment links not expire. As of now, it's just a request on our Feature Request List.

Cheers.
