Good Morning

In this first image there are a set of filters, my department wants the Osticket to reply to the clients a canned response displaying a welcome message and below a table of options to choose from, then when a client chooses, e.g Reclamations in the subject and sends a new email to Osticket, this last should replies a different canned response explaining how to proceed to make a reclamation

Reclamation settings below

My general filter setting goes like this:

but still whenever the client sends a new email and the word reclamation is in the subject, Osticket triggers the welcome email from the General filter over and over.

Thanks.

leonardo07746 changed the title to General filter overwriting others..

The Execution Order of 1 comes before 20 but 20 still matches so the Actions for General will apply over Reclamación. So basically, whatever filter is last will take precedence over the previous filters. If you want Reclamación to take precedence over General you'll have to switch the Execution Order.

Cheers.

    Solved it
Rearranged the Execution Order and checked the Stop the processing order in all the filters.
    Thanks
