I have search for an answer in this forum for the topic
"403 Forbidden when using special characters". But have not found the right answer for my problem.

When creating a new ticket and using the characters " " in the wysiwyg editor.
And send post, it comes to 403 page.

What is the solution to work around this problem?

We are running
Osticket v1.14.1.
Web Server Software : LiteSpeed
MySQL Verision: 5.6.49
PHP Verision: 7.4.10

    This is not a supported webserver with osTicket. But I doubt that is actually the problem that you are experiencing.

    Your character looks to be a space. Are you actually putting any other characters in the body of the ticket?
    What's the ASCII value of the character that you are using?
