Hi!
We've been coping with this issue for a while now. Specific e-mails which can't be parsed by OSTicket resulting in an empty ticket. While all other information is present (sender, receiver, subject, attachments etc.), the body of the e-mail is not parsed. I've been watching the forum/repository for a while now for similar issues. I see that also empty tickets are possibly a result of special characters (e.g. https://forum.osticket.com/d/98294-empty-message-body). However I've narrowed it down in our case and for the last three empty tickets, I've noticed that these were UTF-8 and base64 encoded. I've conducted regular update in the hope to fix the issue on our side, however until now we are running with the same issue. I hope you guys maybe have some tips.
E-mails are currently fetched via IMAP+SSL.
