Hi everyone,
looks like osTicket is having trouble reading emails. When I send an email to the default mail address, no ticket is created and the mail just sits in the inbox. On the other hand, it can easily send emails. I have tried creating a ticket from the admin panel, and I got an auto-email confirming that the ticket has been created on my behalf, still, when I reply to the email to add a comment, it just sits in the inbox and osTicket never picks it up.
When I set my email settings I get no error, so it confirms that the communication with the mail server does indeed exist. When I try to purposely enter invalid ports and hosts, I do get an error. Here is the information as requested in "Please read before requesting assistance"
