The latest 1.14.3 osticket community edition installed.
I want to set up a gsuit email account. I have a few errors at the beginning with the login but I can solve them.
Now there is no error message.
In my gsuit setup I have an support@ alias for my email address. I want to use this email alias for the ticketing system.
I set up a mail folder for email fetching and set another where emails need to move.
Also, I set up some email filters in my Gmail.



If I log into my Gmail, osticket successfully created these folders. This means for me, the connection is successful.
My problem is, email that sends to my support email alias and moved to specified folder won't show up in osticket. The email filter is working I can find these emails in the "support_mails" folder/label.
