Recently we've been having issues with osticket (1.14.3) when replying to tickets. Theres two major symptoms that I have seen.
- After reply the draft stays up in the response field
- After replying and moving to another ticket the response from the first ticket shows up in the response field of the second.
The only way to clear this out when it happens is to delete the draft. It doesn't happen every time and happens across multiple agents
We've cleared cookies and restarted the osticket server to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?
