Hello all,
My name is Pedro Silvestre and I host a service with OSTICKET
I would like to know if there is anyway possible to IMPORT a Database to OSTICKET.

By that, I mean that I have a .CSV file that fits exactly my normal Tickets Database (the one I export via OSTICKET) and I would like to import it RAW via .CSV everything at the same time in bulk (1000 rows and 20 columns)

Please, is there any functionality, script, process I can use to do it? Are there any resources published I can follow?

Thanks for you time,
Pedro

You would want to export your old osTicket database using MySQL (like mysqldump or MySQLWorkBench if you prefer UI).

Then you would import the old data base into the new Database (again via CLI or UI).

There is no ticket import feature in osTicket (the web application). This is done by the Database software (MySQL).

Hi Pedro,
I share a tool I've used for importing records to osTicket via CSV files - it is [Help Desk Migration https colon slash slash help dash desk dash migration dot com slash osticket My experience with this tool was nice and quite fast.
Maybe this tool will help you too.
