Add custom form variables to default email templates - v 1.12.2

Hi Team, I created few custom form in the form list. Now I would like some column been use as variable in the canned response. May I know how to make it show?
By default, we got %{ticket.Variables} but now my custom form name is OBIinfo and field name are OBIName and OBIcnum .. could you let know how to make it show in canned response content?

osTicket version =v1.12.2
Web Server Software = Apache
MYSQL version = 5.5.65
PHP Version = 7.1.33

Last I checked in order to use variables like this they had to be one one of the following forms:
Ticket Details or Task Detail or Contact Information
