osTicket version v1.12.2 can use in PHP version 7.3.x ?

osTicket version =v1.12.2
Web Server Software = Apache
MYSQL version = 5.5.65
PHP Version = 7.1.33

I would like to check if i'm using osTicket v1.12.2 and my PHP version upgrade to 7.3.x , is there any issue? or impact?

leehlan Yes, PHP 7.3 is fine with osTicket 1.12.x - in fact, it's recommended. The only thing you have to be aware of is not to go any higher, as 7.4 isn't supported. I think osTicket 1.14.3 has a few recent fixes to improve compatibility with PHP 7.4, but it's still not officially supported yet.
