We have a strange problem: when someone submits a ticket, the "Please wait" popup shows for about half a minute and than, the page returns a 504 ( Gateway time-out).
However, the ticket is created the instant he presses the submit button and often, the email notification is recieved even before the page times out.
Also, if there is a problem with a form (not all reqired fields filled), the feedback is instantaneous.
Since the user does not recieve the feedback, he than tries to submit the form again, so we got a lot of duplicates. We worked around this by limitting the number of tickets per user to 1, but that is not a durable solution.
