Hi, I use osTicket (v1.12.6) and every thing worked fine. But the ticket search function seem not work. Whatever word I searched it returns no result. I tried to upgrade to v1.14.x and got the same result. Anyone knows how to solve this issue.
Are you using quick search or advanced search? Are you using 4+ characters?

Here is the information. I have no idea how to make English as default language so there are some Traditional Chinese characters but I think it is not a problem to understand.
Are you getting any PHP errors in your PHP error logs?
