At some point I customized the text of the sign in page and now I can't grep the text or find it in the admin of OSTicket.
Any ideas where this is?

Mgalejandra Thanks, but it is not the landing page. This is after you click "Open a new ticket" on the landing page.
My guess would be that someone edited the core files. Specifically \include\client\login.inc.php
It looks like it's fed from include/client/login.inc.php: list($title, $body) = $ost->replaceTemplateVariables(
I'm just not sure where replaceTemplateVariables lives. GREP doesn't find it, but only instances where it's called like that above.
