Gmail Fetch Problems

hi i use gmail for osticket and do every thing as tutorial said , below will find all my config

when i use outgoing test email its work normally and when i log in to user panel and add a new ticket the user get an email with ticket number

i try to open gmail using imap in outlook and its work normally

I'm currently using Gmail for fetching and sending with no problems. Do you have a cron job created? The system will not automatically fetch email until you setup a cron job or enable auto-cron (ran only when agents _login).

It depends on your hosting provider. There are many guides online that explain how to do this.
