Buenas tardes me podrian colaborar con lo siguiente, cuando creo un ticket no me llega la notificacion al correo y tampoco me genera el numero del ticket.

Environment details? (see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information) Email settings? If you are creating a ticket then it has a ticket #.
