Any Modal Popup Fails to Load

We just deployed the official docker container version with an external MySQL database and the install went without any issues at all...

Unfortunately while trying to do any further action to setup the environment that requires a popup fails to load anything but the main login page.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh and I forgot to mention we're not seeing any errors in any logs on the container itself. Just seems like normal nginx access logs and no php logs other than the normal startup logs.

I am part of the team working on this project. It looks like it is trying to create a new user instance for any modals that pop up. This includes the ticket sneak peek modal whenever you hover over a ticket.

We did not develop nor create a docker container for osTicket so that's probably the issue. If you do a normal installation on a normal server I bet it will work just fine. NGINX also requires some customizations to get it working with osTicket, it doesn't just work out of the box. You will have a MUCH better time using Apache as it takes nothing to work with osTicket out of the box.

Oh this isn't an officially supported repo?

All it's doing is pulling the git repo and installing it via manage.php but maybe the nginx portions of the image is the issue. I'll redeploy using apache and see if that corrects the problem.

Yeah I knew that was the officially supported code repository but I thought the other was the official docker repo.

And you were right... Switching to Apache fixed the problem.
You guys should build out an official docker image. It'd make switching to your product much easier!
