Error sending email - Please try again!

Hello,
I followed the tutorial of how to configure emails on osTicket with outlook and got stuck on the diagnose to test sending email. It displays the error message "Error sending email - Please try again!".
Can you please help me?

The version of my osTicket is v1.14.1.
I configured the email to Mail Fetching/Receiving with IMAP, using an outlook account. I can see on the outlook account that it creates the folder osTicket but when I go to the page diagnotics and try to send a test email displays the error - "Error sending email - Please try again!"

You have selected no for Authentication Required, it should set to Yes
