I found the above link for an earlier version of osticket. Is it possible to recreate this? It would be a huge help to my techs to not have to right-click and download them.

I looked through all the suggested files in the thread and it no longer seems to be a viable option as that function doesn't exist anymore. Im not a PHP wiz by any means how could i replicate this?

You can either contact the author (to get them to update it), or have a developer update to work with a current version.
