Is it possible to fetch emails from multiple emails and use different templates with each email? I'm asking this because we would need automatic replies in different languages depending to which email the message has been sent. Example: email is sent to support@company.de, automatic reply is sent using german templates. email is sent to support@company.se, automatic reply is sent using swedish templates.
Language templates are applied based on the User or Agent language preferences in their account, so no not really.
