I need to sync Wordpress user and a way to generate ticket from a simple form and when admin change status client receive sms from twilio.
did you know some modules?
Osticket sync with Wordpress and Twilio
a quick google search gives me:

and

it's old and not working..
If neither of them work, then I am not aware of another way to do it at this time.
