Fetching Email via IMAP or POP

Hi all.
In the latest version 1.14.3, this functionality stopped working...
I have a Microsoft Office 365 account and it was configured before with just pop and port 110.
Now, it doesn't work anymore .
If i try to put POP + SSL or IMAP + SSL,the response is always the same:

TLS/SSL failure for outlook.office365.com: SSL negotiation failed

I'm logged in in the browser, so It's not a password thing.. The encryption method office requires is TLS.
Isn't there an option for it ?

I'm having similar problems after upgrading to the latest version (1.14.3)

I also configured my account through POP but not with SSL- now I'm receiving this error warning every 15 min:

osTicket is having trouble fetching emails from the following mail account: 

User: <USERNAME>
Host: <IP EXCHANGE SERVER>
Error: Can't login to this server

 9 consecutive errors. Maximum of 5 allowed

 This could be connection issues related to the mail server. Next delayed login attempt in aprox. 10 minutes

I just googled 'office 365 POP settings' and the microsoft page I founds says that for POP you should be using:

Server: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
Encryption: SSL/TLS

This answer also matches a second source (see source2 below).

edited to add: When I go to OWA -> Settings -> Mail -> Sync email it also shows me something very similar:

Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: TLS
