I wanted to create a Custom Queue for Tickets Created by Agent Currently Logged in
Currently When an Agent Creates a Ticket and assigns to another Agent, the First Agent don't have access to the Ticket in his Dashboard
I checked osticket DB and I found that which agent created a ticket is not stored in the tickets table, it is however stored in the Thread Events Table
My Question is, is there a way to Create a Custom Queue for Agent to see the tickets they created after it has been assigned to another Agent?
