DB Error #1054 after adding fields to ticket Details form

Hello,

I added 2 additional fields to the Ticket Details form and started receiving DB Error #1054 -- Unknown column 'field' in 'field list' errors in the log and via email.

Solution:

Added variable name to the custom field and the error was resolved
