Email Address: Validation Error message shows multiple times

I am getting multiple validation error message on email address field. I have tried both default and manual message. Please help to get it resolve.
osTicket version - v1.14.2
Platform - Linux (CentOS), php, Apache and MySql

Tested using v1.14.2 with PHP 7.4 and MySQL 8.0 and cannot replicate this issue. Any additional information and exact steps to replicate would be helpful.
