im having an issue where the client removing items that are for internal use only. it shows in the ticket thread that the client removed items that are only for internal use and is setup that way. Please see the screenshot below.
it happens with only a handful of times including a couple test tickets we created both internal or external. please help us. The only thing i notice are when they add an attachment to the ticket through the client end thats when it would cause this issue.
