Hello My system info:
osTicket Version : v1.12.6 (e351ba5) — Up to date
Web Server Software : CentOS WebPanel: Protected by Mod Security
MySQL Version : 10.1.43
PHP Version : 5.6.37

When i am creating ticket and assigning it to team directly, i am receiving HTML 500 error. But i can assign it to a agent directly without any error. Also, i can reassign the ticket to the team, once it is created first.

Can someone help me fix this?
