Is it possible to create a relation of access (read-only, at least) permissions when the tickets are linked ? When we link 2 tickets of 2 different departments, we would like to receive(and mantain) permission on both tickets for department that linked the tickets (or both, this isn't a problem).
Explaining: When a department creates a ticket for another department (internal tickets), the referral option turns the original department in co-owner of the ticket (shown on opened tickets queue), not client. By other hand, when create as simple client, only one person, the agent (simples client), has access. We would like to get a option that transform one departament, in client of another departament.
