Should links in email be like this or I'm doing something wrong? I have attached how email looks and how the link in template is.

My Response/Reply Template looks like this:
the "login to your account" is %{recipient.ticket_link}
Yes my template is same as you, but when i receive the email the "login to your account" is not e hyperlink but the link is added at the end of email.
