Would love the ability to be able to search + autocomplete not only by email field but full name, phone number as well. I've tried to make the MOD on my own, but to no avail :(

I take that back. I figured it out :)

For any aspiring Modders. I can't overstate how extremely valuable (https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.7) was!
