When I create a ticket in my system from OsTicket it generates a by default address "Dear Concen" where as I address in my ticket. I Don't want two time address in my mail and which isn't a proper way of mail. How can I stop by default system addressing. Someone Please suggest.

Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates.
