Hi,
actually tickets are created when they are beeing sent via Mail. But the Email body stays empty when the Mail is beeing sent via Outlook. When the Mail is beeing sent as Text only the ticket appears correctly even with the Mail body in the ticket. When the mail is beeing sent as HTML Mail the Body is not even imported into the Database and of course is not shown in the Ticket.
I have already seen a lot of threads regarding this topic, but I wasn't able to use these solution as I could only find solutions for older version's. We are using v1.14.2 patch 2.
I have seen that there have been solutions where files like mime.php have been edited as the HTML was not processed correctly.
So I am looking for a solution for the actual Version.
