Advanced Search is not working properly and result is wrong

Hi! I'm installed osTicket v1.14.2 the latest one. But, got some problem with advance search. Why does when I search some ticket with using keyword MCMC, open & close status, with date in between, the result that export later give only certain row. Many row is missing. I tried again search only using keyword MCMC later I filter it in Excel for open & close status, date in between, it display more row of result then previous search? I had compare between this two search result and yeah... some row of result is missing. Is not it suppose to be the same result? Anyone know how to solve this problem? Please help me

Sounds to me like you think that DATE between DATE should be results between:
01-01-2020 12:01am to 01-30-2020 11:59pm.

Where most likely it is
Search for 01-01-2020 to 01-30-2020 and results are 01-02-2020 to 01-29-2020. As those are the dates between those dates.

Please check and see if I am right.

ntozier yes.. the date in between that I mean is I'm looking for ticket created date between 1 June 2020 to 30 June 2020, status for the ticket is open and close.

Screenshots of what you see in the search vs what's in the export would be helpful. Also, a screenshot of the search criteria in the queue itself would be helpful. Also, see if you are limited to only assigned ticket via Admin Panel > Agents > Agents > click your name and see if Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets is enabled.

KevinTheJedi The result of search and export will be the same, But some row of result is missing. When I search for the missing ticket number solely that I already check the ticket condition (MCMC, CLOSE/OPEN, DATE BETWEEN 1 JUNE 2020 to 30 JUNE 2020), it will display the ticket, that's mean the ticket is exist. However when I search the overall ticket with condition (MCMC, CLOSE & OPEN, DATE BETWEEN 1 JUNE 2020 to 30 JUNE 2020) the ticket missing is not include.

Where can I check if Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets is enabled if I'm login as an admin?

You can check the Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets setting under Admin Panel > Agents > Agents, click your name, and it should be near the bottom.
