Sometimes I want to share the ticket information to colleges but I don't want them to edit or update. this is idea to create a page to show thread only

Your point is not so far from mine, which is that we could assign permissions to tickets for

- sharing in Read-Only/edit mode tickets between team/departments

- ticket transfer (which is already there), but with the ability to keep an eye on the ticket.

As time flows, many ideas emerge, but it takes time to implement ideas so...
