Hi, I am doing a customization to OS ticket, and I need a drop down with some entries in the popup when someone closes a ticket. Is there any configuration that i can do. Or do i need to do a code change. If a code change then, which file is it?
You would have to code that yourself. I do not know what files that would impact as I have never done that.
