How can I change it from "Guest" to "Unactivate User" when import users in .csv?
osTicket does not have a feature to create users as inactive. You would have to create them and then mark them as inactive.
ntozier So it will still need to manual update each imported user as "Register" > Status = Locked (Pending Activation), right?
If you want them to be something other than Guest, then yes you will need to edit the users manually.
Is there anyway to get it done at database?
Guest ---> Activate user
