Hi all,

Fairly new to osTicket, so excuse any ignorance shown!

When an agent requests to reset their password, they get the link OK by email but then when they click it and provide their username/email address, they are then thrown this error and are unable to set their password. Any ideas? I've upgraded to the latest stable version:

Server Information
osTicket Version v1.12.6 (e351ba5) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 5.6.47
PHP Version 7.3.19

    You didn't supply the error.

    1.12.6 is not the latest stable. 1.14.2 is.

    Are you running any plugins? (such as the Authentication::LDAP and AD plugin)
    Are you getting any PHP errors in your error logs?
