Hi all,
Fairly new to osTicket, so excuse any ignorance shown!
When an agent requests to reset their password, they get the link OK by email but then when they click it and provide their username/email address, they are then thrown this error and are unable to set their password. Any ideas? I've upgraded to the latest stable version:

MySQL Version 5.6.47
