Hi All,
I want to add the "Branch" below email address. The "Branch" under email address and "Branch in "Ticket Details will have the same information. I have edited the form to appear the Branch but unable to appear the result from the "Contact Information form'.
The logic that I want is, once the Agent updates the "Branch" under an email address. Once refresh the same result will appear "Branch" in Ticket details too. Pls advise. 

Note: I have added the Branch in Contact Information Form.
