this driving me nuts, fresh install.
centos timezone: America/Tegucigalpa
database tz: America/Tegucigalpa
osticket: database timezone CST (Interpreted as America/Chicago)
chicago time: was at the time of web ticket creation
when creating a web ticket local time was 9:10am as stated on ticket but in osticket data title last updated column 1 hour delay 8:10am, like if the ticket was posted in the past
From where on earth osticket takes the database timezone setting???
