Hi,
I am new. I don't know much about OsTicket configuration. I have installed OsTicket 1.12.6 configured. But i am facing problem to assign mail id to Agent. I want to configure that any ticket assign to agent then a alert email will be automatically send to Agent that a ticket has been assigned him. We have been using Office 365 mail.
At the time of Agent creation I am providing mail ID but there is no option to set mail server details as well as mail Id not showing under email against agent email id.
