We are looking to start using tasks in our OSTicket system. In testing we are finding that the parent ticket number and details is not included on the task form and on the task notifications. I tried adding the %{ticket.number} variable to the email template, but the variable is not used. I know there is an association because the task is listed on the parent ticket. How do we provide visibility to the parent ticket information?
