Hi new to this, After first time setup tried to login and says my email is invalid. logged in with username and all is fine.
But if I try to put any domain email when I try to create a ticket get an enter a valid email account?
Can I not use our email address with this system?
Cant use our any of domain emails as username

I am having a similar issue.
Some staff can login using their email address or user ID and others can only use the user ID.
Cant work out why all staff cant use the email address to login.
Go to: Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings
Do you have Verify Email Addresses enabled?
