Hi,
I use a self-hosted Version of osTicket and run in a problem, that I was not able to solve by Configuration and reading Documentation. I assume, that I misunderstand some basics.
When a email is send to osTicket, it will be received and I - as Admin - get an E-Mail, that a new Ticket arrived. Everything like expected.
But: The User, that send the E-Mail did not get a Confirmation and Information about the Ticket Number. As well when I - as Admin - assign the Ticket to a Department, the Department Agents did not receive an email (i checked: The have Access to the Department and the check to get Notifications is set as well). As well when I assign an email to an agent directly as a person, the agent did not receive an email.
Like I mentioned. The Email send out itself works, but this cases not. Any idea, where my misunderstanding is?
I use osTicket v1.14.2 on Ubuntu, PHP 7.0.
