All the images below were taken with me signed into the user portal. Note: When signed in and viewing the Knowledgebase from the agent portal, all counts are correct.
Main Knowledgebase landing page. Windchill Category has a count of 252. This is not correct. There are 24 published and 1 internal FAQs under this category.
Windchill Category page. The CAD sub-category lists 17 above, but 18 below. 17 is the correct number as there are 17 published and 1 internal FAQs in the CAD category.
