I want to have a separate billing dept, so regular agents shouldn't have access to edit once it's billed for.
My workflow is mark as resolved (allowing response to re-open) and then close after a week (don't allow responses). Then I use a custom form to record time spent and billing status (invoiced, paid...)
Issue is that when I move the ticket to the billing dept, it re-opens the ticket. That messes up the work flow. Is there any way to move dept and still keep the status as closed?
