tickets.php fails to load randomly

Hi Guys,

Done a fresh install onto a Centos7 box and didn't have any issues during the install, but while playing around with osTickets to get familiar with it, I'm finding that the tickets page will randomly stop working (ie, the page doesn't load at all) or if i click on Tickets (page loads) > Tasks (page loads) > Tickets (page loads) > Tasks (page loads) > Tickets, the tickets fails to load the page (waiting for each page to load completely each time)... Under Chrome, i just get a blank "grey" page with nothing on it... Under MS Edge, it loads up to "Open MyTickets Closed" but no ticket information... If i leave it for an hour and come back, it will usually fix itself and i can resume looking at tickets... Otherwise if i restart httpd or nginx (i tried both, both web servers have the same effect), then tickets will start working for me again...

Any pointers to help me out would be much appreciated.

Centos has SELinux enabled by default. Do you have it running?
Are you running NGINX?

Something is timing out/failing. It could be PHP issues, MySQL issues, NGINX issues, etc. I'd check all available error logs for any related errors.

To help rule out MySQL, see if it's hitting peak memory usage, if there are any long running queries, etc. To help rule out PHP, check your PHP error logs for any related errors.
