Hi,
So the situation is, due to corona virus, our staff are now all logging tickets, and I had to add them all to the system. Now that that is all done and all users have been added, I have been asked to add more contact information to each user, with about 20 fields that I have added to the form for contact information.
What I would like to know is, is there a way to bulk upload all of that information for each user?
If I use the user upload form but include the users already. Will it give me an error stating the user already exists, or will it just update the current information according to the email address?
