I haven't solved this issue yet.
My installation works, I have configured osticket according to my needs, so I can create tickets and I have my users and groups etc.
But I can't get my URL to work.
The URL is internal only. I have a Forward Lookup zone in my DNS from before and that part works. Typing support.domain.com will point to the internal IP of my NAS.
In my NAS I have webstation installed. I have tried a number of different configuration, but all of them gives my the lovely error 500-message.
This is my current configuration in webstation.
Under the tab common settings:
HTTP supporting server - Nginx
PHP: Default profile (PHP 7.2)
PHP settings.
The addons selected in default profile (PHP 7.2) is:
Virtual hosts
Hostname: support.domain.com
Port: 80 / 443
Document root: web/osticket/upload
HTTP supporting server: Nginx
PHP: Default profile (PHP 7.2)
Also, in my osticket settings I added support.domain.com as HelpDesk URL.
What am I missing?
