I followed the steps listed on your website to upgrade OS ticket. After replacing all files with the 1.14.2 files and copying my ost-config.php, I logged in to my helpdesk, clicked on 'information' but the OSticket upgrader did not come up. However, it shows that my version is now 1.14.2.
is there an issue if the upgrader did not come up?
