Hi, I have problem with set attach plugin location for attachment(Base folder for attachment files).
If I use /tmp location I can save settings for attach mod, but if I use custom folder with 777 permissions for apache user or anything else, I have message Unable to access directory.
I was migrate old osTicket 1.9 to new server with new mysql, php.. and everything work well except this plugin.
I use Centos 8.1 os.
